The purpose of this website is to provide you with general information about the proposed Settlement of the lawsuit titled In re: Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc., Securities Litigation, No. 1:19-cv-00980-JPO (the “Action”), pending before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Court”). The capitalized terms used on this website that are not otherwise defined herein have the same meanings as set forth in the Stipulation of Settlement.

Although the information on this website is intended to assist you, it does not replace the information contained in the Notice and Proof of Claim and Release form, both of which can be found and downloaded on the “Important Documents” page of this website.

The Court will hold a Settlement Hearing on August 11, 2020 (date subject to change) to decide whether to approve the proposed Settlement. The proposed Settlement provides that, in exchange for the Settlement and release of the Released Claims against the Defendant Releasees, Defendants have agreed to create a $2,083,333.33 fund. After deductions for Court awarded attorneys’ fees, interest, and expenses, settlement administration costs, and any applicable Taxes, the balance of the fund (the “Net Settlement Fund”) will be distributed pro rata pursuant to the “Plan of Allocation” among all eligible Class Members who send in valid Proof of Claim and Release forms.

If you purchased or otherwise acquired Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (“Revolution Lighting” or “RVLT”) publicly traded securities during the period from March 14, 2014, through November 14, 2018, inclusive (the “Class Period”), and were damaged thereby, then you may be entitled to a payment from this class action Settlement.

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, in order to be potentially eligible to receive a payment under the proposed Settlement, you must submit a Claim Form so that it is postmarked (or received if submitted electronically) no later than July 30, 2020. The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made to eligible Settlement Class Members who timely submit valid Claim Forms, if the Court approves the Settlement, at the conclusion of the Action, and after the Court awards attorneys’ fees and expenses, and any appeals are resolved. Your Legal Rights and Options in This Action
Submit a Claim Form by July 30, 2020 The only way to get a payment.
Exclude Yourself by July 21, 2020 Get no payment. This is the only option that allows you to ever be part of any other lawsuit against Revolution Lighting and the other Defendant Releasees about the Released Plaintiffs’ Claims.
Object by July 21, 2020 Write to the Court about why you do not like the Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, Lead Counsel’s application for an award of attorneys’ fees and payment of expenses, and/or an award to Lead Plaintiff.
Go to a Hearing on August 11, 2020 Ask to speak in Court about the Settlement at the Final Approval Hearing.
Do Nothing Get no payment. Give up your rights.
